ARTICLE 2 – THE HOST

The Site’s host is the company OVH, whose registered office is located at 2 rue Kellermann – 59100 Roubaix – France.

ARTICLE 3 – ACCESS TO THE SITE

The Site is accessible at all times, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in the event of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruption, and which may result from a need for maintenance.

In the event of modification, interruption or suspension of the Site, the Publisher shall not be held responsible.

ARTICLE 4 – DATA COLLECTION

The Site undertakes to comply with all the requirements of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. The requirements on the Site and the rights of Users are described in the Privacy policy.
